Miami Art Deco

Hey, shooters! It has been a while. I've have been busy with my current job, but now I'm back. My vacation in Miami was great, and this is one of the photos I took with my Nikon AW120 camera. I love colors that blend in with the evening hour. The blue sky in the photo is just before sunset. Try this yourself, and you'll be amazed.

Psychedelic Glasses

Hey shooters! I'm back, and into spring. I've been using my iPhone 6s to record videos and stills. I shot this today, and processed it in the phones editing software. Wow, I love it!

Day at the Museum

Hello, everybody! It's the middle of winter and I just had to get out and visit one of my favorite museums, the Hirshhorn. It's located on the Mall, just blocks from the U. S. Capitol. Can you guess what kind of camera I shot this image with? I shot it in color and used in camera editing tools to flip it to black and white. Cool, huh? I intentionally cut off the upper body when I took the photo, and cropped off the bottom to create this composition.

Caballo en Vieques

Hello everyone! Wow, a horse in Vieques! I love horses. The horse was going across the street to get some needed water. People in the town leave water for the horses, now that's cool. I heard of horses just running the streets, and seeing and photographing this one was fantastic. If you want to capture the unusual, make sure you have your camera ready. The horse came out of nowhere and I was ready for the action. I've been posting for a couple of years. Please follow me and send your questions to, and I will answer them. Thank you.

Gold Ornaments

Wow! The iPhone 6s camera does it again. I love shooting at night through glass windows. I composed the shot and gently tapped the screen button. The different types of gold ornaments caught my eye. I shot the ornaments at a low angle to give the illusion of them moving upward. Happy shooting!

Commercial Tree

Hello iPhone shooters. Here is another photo from my iPhone 6s covering the Holiday season. This one looks like that tree in the Charlie Brown Christmas special, except it appears to be the commercial one. The iPhone 6s really has a good sensor and processor to produce visual images like this one. I'm having a lot of fun being creative with it. Happy Holidays!

Holiday Tree

Hey follow shooters! I just bought my first ever smart phone, the iPhone 6s. The images created with the iPhone 6s camera are excellent. I'm testing it at night, as this really shows how good it will capture in low light situations. It's holiday time, so what a great subject, a Christmas tree seen through a window at night. I will be posting a series of iPhone 6s photos during the coming days. I can be creative with my camera phone, and so can you. So, what's stopping you?
